Handbags Trends for 2010

Every woman needs a bag - one for work, a bag for workout or traveling and still another sleek and stylish bag that looks fabulous for that little black dress. Whatever the occasion is, it seems that our choice of bag tells a lot about us. No matter how tasking it is at times to change bags to fit every occasion, we take our time to find that perfect handbag for the day as we go over our closet. Have you ever experienced forgetting to bring your pouch or that favorite lipstick which you left in your other handbag, which you used the other day?

Now ladies, we're all wondering what trendy handbags to use for 2010. Here are my top choices. Though some of these handbags must be quite pricey, oh, well... it's always a wise investment. There are stylish yet affordable bags though such as Vera Wang and Mossimo.

1. Marc Jacobs

Though we often hear different reactions upon seeing Marc Jacob's latest innovation just as this one among many others, most of us just breathlessly adore his creativity. Marc Jacob handbags are fun, quirky or eclectic as you might say, but who says dressing up is being predictable and that you can't be innovative, funky and fun. This Marc Jacobs Wrath Studded bag is great for a night out. Perfect to wear when we have those moments like wanting to be over-the-top though just be careful the studs may hurt. Marc Jacobs bags as I can say is created with personality. Now, if bags can only speak. :-)

2. Mulberry ($950)

I just love this chic iconic Mulberry Bayswater grain leather. You can match your handbag with a tailored or denim pants for a classic look or pair it with a dress or a Burberry Prorsum jacket, a statement scarf and boots.

3. Furla

Furla is simply elegant and high on style. It comes in various stylish shapes with a touch of modern silhouettes -- neutral colors such as tans, chocolates or whites or a splash of bold colors. I just adore the Italian craftsmanship and contemporary details.

4. Michael Kors

Michael Kors bags have that polished, sleek, sophisticated and a jet-set appeal. The Michael Kors collection ranges from polished and classic shoulder bags, totes, and satchels to bold and eclectic styles like the pink patent leather Grab Bag.

5. Coach

On top is a photo taken from coach new collection, New Peyton Inlaid C Tote. Who can resist this Coach tote bag with inlaid leather Cs in chromatic hues with multifunction pockets, fabric lining, hidden magnetic snap closure and two side pockets. Coach all through these years has made its statement: a classic American style but they also offer contemporary styles like butterfly patterns or tattoo plans with an artistic flair for younger and trendier buyers.

6. Gucci
