Watch "One Big Happy Family" and meet Tameka, the mom of the family who weighs 380 pounds, her husband Norris is 41 weighing 340 pounds and their two kids,Son Shayne only 14 but is on 308 pounds and lastly, 16-year-old Amber, super obese, at 348 pounds. With a larger number of obese American children around, "One Big Happy Family" is a series to look forward to.

I watched this show last night and was very happy to see that they decided to make lifestyle changes. Hope they are successful

When viewers see that they are really determined to make some amazing lifestyle changes and witness the results themselves, they'd love to do the same... exactly the same reason why reality shows are a hit. :-) I just love your entries on Christmas Eve.
