Eddie Vedder, one of three guitarists for the American rock band Pearl Jam, faces charges pressed by Gordon Peterson. Eddie Vedder reportedly changed the lyrics of the song "Hard Sun", which was originally written by Peterson. Vedder's rock version of "Hard Sun" came out in Sean Penn's film that received several awards.


Peterson is not only pressing charges against Vedder but also to Universal Music group for releasing the track without his permission.
