Reports have been circulated about Jake's intention of marrying Reese but Reese doesn't want to.

Although representatives for both Reese and Jake have not confirmed the breakup, Sunday’s reports that the couple had the break up. Reese Witherspoon, 33, disclosed to close friends around Thanksgiving that she and the Brokeback Mountain star, 28, split up.

Legally Blonde star was spotted in Los Angeles who was driving alone during the weekend. Witherspoon was likewise seen at the Whiskey Kitchen in Nashville minus Gyllenhaal.

Jake’s assistant was reportedly spotted at Reese’s place last Sunday and left with with two pieces of luggage.
